Actress. Producer. A general creative type in full prep mode for the inevitable zombie apocalypse.  A proud geek who will always choose Buffy over Twilight, Janeway over Sisko, and Starbuck over Rose.

Tonya started acting at nine years old.  Quickly realizing her passion for inhabiting characters and telling stories, she focused on immersing herself in theatre.  It was not until she attended university that she first stepped in front of the camera and immediately found her life’s work.  Since then, she has played ditzes, drug addicted street kids, rape survivors, hitwomen, and murder victims.

Currently residing in Toronto, Tonya is a passionate supporter of the indie film world and has begun her own journey into producing independent scripts.  In particular, she loves discovering stories that feature strong female characters.  Buffy and Starbuck would be proud.
